This raffle fully supports The Ability Experience.org, a Pi Kappa Phi non-profit whose programs are designed to support the disability community, to deepen understanding of the disability community, and to empower undergraduate members to become leaders.   From building accessible amenities to engaging in immersive service experiences, The Ability Experience funds the Journey of Hope, two 4000 mile bike rides, with over 100 riders participating which connects the disability community across the country, and funds programs such as Build America and Ability Camps.  For more go to Pikapp.org

PRIZE:

The displayed blue Velotric Fold 1 Plus electric bike, valued at approximately $1,500,.00 or a gift card of a $1,000.00 cash card.

Roanoke Mountain Adventures has provided this bike. Roanoke Mountain Adventures, soon to be located at Black Dog Salvage, is a premier sporting facility offering local water and land adventures, merchandise, and a full-service maintenance and repair facility.

RAFFLE RULES

• The raffle is open to the Roanoke College active student community, including the immediate family of students.  Faculty, and administration of Roanoke College are also eligible.
• No Pi Kappa Phi initiate prior to 8/22/2026, or their immediate family, is eligible.
• The raffle begins on August 23, 2026.
• An advertised public drawing for one winner will be held October 3 at 12pm in the Colkett Commons lobby.
• You do not need to be present to win.

• The prize is the specific displayed folding electric bike, with a lock, charger, standard accessories, and a standard warranty, which can be viewed on the Velotric website (see our sponsor links).
• The bike is not exchangeable for a different color or model.
• A gift card of $1,000 may be substituted for the e-bike if requested in writing.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and any other related financial obligation, and any other expense, known or unknown.

• All receipts in excess of expenses will be 100% donated to The Pi Kappa Phi Foundation to support The Ability Experience.
• All sales are final.
• No free, bonus, or manual ticket sales will be produced or accepted.

• The winner will be verified and immediately notified through the information each person provided digitally. If the prize is not physically claimed within 7 calendar days of the drawing, the win will be declared void and a second drawing held, with the same restrictions.
• The winner agrees to have their image and ticket number published, and to give a short interview.
• All entrants agree they may be contacted by Pi Kappa Phi. Personal information will not be marketed.
• This raffle is organized by the Xi Chapter, Pi Kappa Phi, Roanoke College.
